Make sure you stay in the king room in relaxing atmosphere. They offer a laptop-size safe, a mini bar and a work desk.

The bed is super comfortable and the room is totally beautiful, the location is perfect.

The room service came quite late, as well as the cleaning power burst into the room, although we had booked until 12 o'clock. As compensation we have received a 10 % discount for the next stay which we will also use. The shower head could also be decalcified, because it can be used in all directions.

Ideal and exceptionally nice location a 4-6 minute walk from a long boulevard. Also, down the road to st Pauli station. Very good building and rooms in relaxing atmosphere. Sensational breakfast with a lot of savoury foods.

Comfortable bed, chic equipment, dedicated staff.

Room directly opposite the inner courtyard and the smoker terrace. Privacy is different. Sauna times are actually a joke if you only come over the weekend. Especially in the morning the sauna should be open, before everyone goes on his excursions again. The missing possibility to have something smaller for breakfast at the weekend at least led to finding another great breakfast location where the breakfast was also delicious.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was as desired very quiet.

I had dinner with friends in our own restaurant. Ambience was very pleasant, staff very friendly. The sushi was no more than okay, but it was expensive. The next time would choose an alternative from the map.

Had an amazing group trip with friends! We explored the Reeperbahn and visited a local market. The vibe is chill, and the rooms are super comfy. Breakfast is awesome. It's a feast! The staff was really helpful, especially with getting around town. Highly recommend it for a fun getaway!

One of our friends had an issue trying to cancel due to an emergency, and the customer service seemed inflexible. It was a bit frustrating to see no understanding in that situation.

The service is great. The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are very clean and well furnished. The hotel is a bit high priced, but the luxury you should treat yourself. Also the breakfast (32 € on the weekend, 19.50 € per week), but I did not find anything I was missing .. We have been there several times and will definitely be back!

Very few couches in the wellness area

During my stay at East Hotel Hamburg, I was impressed by the modern art feel of the spaces and the cozy atmosphere created by the soothing colors and uniquely shaped furniture, very accessible for comfort.

Better soundproofing between rooms would be appreciated.

The staff at east is exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel lobby and rooms are very modern and stylish.

Check-in and check-out was efficient. Room was good size and had thick curtains. There were also electric shutters.

One small bottle of water in room on arrival (for 2 guests) was not replaced during 3 night stay. Hotel is too 'designer' & therefore impractical. Lighting is too low, basin small without working plug, toiletries poor quality for price charged for room. Very noisy music at night in hotel foyer.

Can just recommend for a quick trip

Stylish room, very nice breakfast, with a fabulous bathtub, made my stay nice and a perfect location just a ten-minute walk from the Reeperbahn.

The nicely decorated room. Everything is 'design'. Hotel is situated in not the best part of Hamburg, but definitely a lively a neighbourhood. When you want to enjoy Hamburgs nightlife, this is the place to stay. Hamburger Dom is located next to the Hotel. Reception desk staff is efficient, very polite and willing to help and giving advice.

Rooms are in fact only suitable for couples, as there is no separate bathroom so you have no privacy during bathing/showering. Toilet is however separated. Service in the bar area on a saturday night could be better, it takes for ages before you get your drinks.

Cool styling, relaxing, nice guests and staff, easy to get, great parking, fantastic service

This place suits me perfectly. I love the fast Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and the cozy bar lounge area. The staff even returned my forgotten earpods during my first stay. Highly recommend!
